Tiffani M. Watson, M.Ed.
Founder, Core Planning Team
Tiffani Watson, an educator, former school administrator, and current non-profit leader, began her career over a decade ago as a middle grade Language Arts, Writing and Reading Teacher, later transitioning to Freshman Composition and serving as a Dean of Culture at EPIC Academy in the South Shore community. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Lawyers in the Classroom, a city-wide civic education program and a division of the Chicago Bar Association aimed at empowering 2nd-9th grade students to become active leaders in their schools and communities by teaching them the Constitution, constitutional principles, and their rights as citizens under the law. Ms. Watson brings nearly fourteen years of educational experience including curriculum development, instructional delivery, school culture enhancement, and civic education programming to serve the Evanston community.
Patricia Savage-Williams, M.S.

Pat Savage-Williams is currently the President of the Evanston Township High School Board. Professionally, Pat works at New Trier High School as the DEI Coordinator. She is a PEG Affiliate (Pacific Educational Group) and facilitates Beyond Diversity the Community. She is a certified SEED facilitator (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) and serves on the National SEED Staff to train and certify new SEED facilitators. Throughout her career, Pat has worked closely with dedicated school personnel toward the goal of creating high achieving schools. Pat believes that every student has the right to an education that enhances individual strengths, improves weaknesses, and fosters self-esteem. Thus, Pat’s highest priority is to meet the needs of all students within our school community.

Gail Hutchison, M.M.
IRC Core Planning Team
Gail Hutchison is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in education, program management, and creative production. With a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, she has a strong foundation in both business and communication. In addition to her professional experience, Gail brings a wealth of expertise in facilitating Race Solidarity Circles. As a Race Solidarity Circle Facilitator, she leads conversations about race, privilege, and social justice, creating safe and inclusive spaces for individuals to explore their identities and perspectives related to diversity and inclusion. Gail is also an expert at leveraging her skills as a yoga and meditation coach to seamlessly integrate social-emotional strategies into her facilitation of Race Solidarity Circles. Her unique approach fosters emotional resilience and promotes open-mindedness, leading to deeper understanding and connection within diverse communities.
